It will exceed your Expectations..! - by ,

This isn't something you wear for hours on end in front of your computer. Let me explain. It gets very blurry, and I wouldn't be surprised if this can actually impair your vision from prolonged use. The damped brightness from the glasses dilates your pupils and hurts your eyes after taking the glasses off in bright light. DO NOT treat this as sunglasses - they do not protect against UV (obviously, but just saying). Looks are negligible, as you probably wouldn't wear them outside. They look... decent for a 5 dollar product. Do they serve their purpose though? Yes... but not as how you'd think they do. This is how I use them: After doing work in front of a monitor for a very long time, my eyes start to strain. When they do, I put these on for, say, 5 to 10 minutes and take them off. These things ACTUALLY work for reducing eye strain after putting them on. But if you keep them on for any longer than 10 minutes, you still get eye strain. Remove them though, your eyes readjust and the eye strain is gone. Rinse and repeat. I haven't tried gaming with these, because I haven't had any time yet. Will update this review if anything fruitful comes out of these things. Overall, for 5 dollars, they can reduce eye strain - but not as how you'd expect them to. Good little things to have. I contemplated returning them, but I changed my mind after I found that they actually work. Recommended. Edit (about two weeks later): After having these in my possession for around two weeks, I firmly believe that this is a MUST-HAVE item for everyone who works even moderately in front of a computer screen. It truly works wonders. The eye strain disappears so quickly after putting them on. I don't even keep them on for longer than 3 minutes. I just put them on and the strain fades away. Miraculous. And regarding my comment about no UV protection: apparently there is UV protection (says the box), but I still wouldn't wear them outside like sunglasses. UPDATED CONCLUSION: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The cheapest solution to eye-strain. Meh quality, but you will love its effects.

Helps to block out blue light while watching tv, gaming or using computer. Does the job. Better on the eyes and helps the sleep mode to kick in when it should. Dr. Oz had a show about using these for better nights sleep, so I ordered some and was quite pleased with the results. Our kids wear them also!

They work get and relieved the eye strain, it would be perfect except for the geek factor...not the greatest style but they do the job and the cost is great!
